When will my order ship?

Our orders are produced on-demand within 2-4 days. As soon as ready, we hand them over to the shipping carrier whose delivery time varies between 2-4 postal days.

Where Do You Ship?

We primarily ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore. For your safety, due to the nature of our products, we only ship to LGBTQ+ friendly countries.

Where are you based?

Our head office is in Toronto, Canada but we ship from the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, EU, Japan and Australia.

Returns and warranty

Can I return a purchase?

It Didn't Fit

If you're a first-time shopper and the items don't fit, we offer a size-forgiveness policy, providing a free replacement for up to 3 items. Please refrain from ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning the unfit ones, a practice called bracketing, as it nullifies our size forgiveness policy.

It's Damaged or Lost in Shipping

If there's any defect or shipping failure, we'll be happy to to issue a replacement or refund up to 60 days from delivery or expected delivery.

I Don't Like It / Other

In all other cases, returns are not accepted. Our production is demand-driven, aimed at minimizing waste and being mindful of the environmental impact associated with excess inventory and additional shipping.
